1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the 222taya platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the 222taya website or services.

3.3 Account Security. 5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses. 222taya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and are subject to active wagering will be honoured in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
6. Gameplay Rules

12. Account Termination

12.2 Termination by 222taya. 222taya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access the 222taya platform ceases immediately. Any pending bonus amounts will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.

14.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
